The picture with the HDMI cable for my video games on PS3 Is amazing, but whenever i watch regular cable, it seems kind of out of focus. I messed with the picture settings, but i was wondering if i need to buy anything for a better picture. I replaced a 480p tv with this full 1080p and quite honestly, the picture for regular television is better on the 480. Please help, and thank you!

I am using free cable TV right now. So therefore I do not have a cable box. I know I can get local chanels in HD with an antenna, but if I am receiving cable tv without a box is there any way to get cable HDTV? I just got a sharp aquos with 1080p and i wanna use the HDMI hookup.

I have my xbox 360 connected to my tv using the HD AV cable but the only sound that comes out of my tv is a buzz. Also im wondering why the colors are all greenish. Like red and yellow and blue look green on my tv. I have a 1080P.

I need help. I have a ps3 and an xbox 360. I have a tv that I believe is 1080p. When I play my xbox360 on my tv via component it shows 1080p on my tv when i hit info. When I have a component cable for my ps3 it said 1080p. I just baught a belkin 3 foot hdmi 1. 3 cable that said right on the pack full HDTV 1080P but when I turn on my PS3 I only get 1080i. If I try to go 1080p the screen gets distorted a little on some parts and is kinda fuzzy al around. I dont know why this is happening. I am correct in a ssuming that if my tv cannot do 1080p the screen would just go black when i try it right?>

I have a ps3 with a hd cord and i want to buy an HDtv for a game room. My price range is up to 450 dollars. I am looking for a 32 to 40 inch. I would like 1080p but i don’t know what to get for Hz. Can you tell me what tv to get for a ps3 and comcast digital cable in hd. It will be in my basement.

Ok. so I got a ATI Radeon 9550 Graphics card hooked up to my computer which can be used to connect to my HDTV. and the TV I have is a Polaroid HDTV 1080P. and Im trying to find the cable that would work for connecting both of these together. I tried Best Buy and they didnt have what I was looking for. My tv requires a VGA cord to hook up to the PC. I was gonna buy the cable online and I needed some helping finding a site that had one. thanks.

I know that I need an HD cable box to be able to view HD channels through Comcast. However, is there a spot on this TV (see model # below) for me to be able to plug in the regular coaxial cable cord? I do not have a cable box in my bedroom (nor do I wish to get one for the 2 months I have left living with my parents before my house is ready). Will I be able to watch regular television stations if I do not have a cable box?
The model number is LC42SB45U. I just ordered this TV, and it is coming from Dell on Wednesday. My fiance thinks that we won’t be able to use it at all until we get a cable box. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
